The Retreat Sarasota offers one-of-a-kind event space on 84 acres of conservation land. The property includes diverse indoor and outdoor venue options, including the following:

Two Treatment Rooms

390 sq ft per room or 782 sq ft total with the airwall open. These rooms are located around the corner from The Gathering Place, include classroom-style furniture and are perfect for break-out sessions or stand alone meetings for 15-30 people.

Dining Room

Beautiful 1,000 sq ft dining room and commercial-grade kitchen with seating for up to 32, plus an adjacent outdoor patio overlooking our property.

Overnight Accommodations

Two sleeping wings with two ADA compliant rooms for up to 30 guests.

Outdoor

Front Field

Our picturesque, flat-ground front field can accommodate a tented event for 1,000+ people.

Reflection Pond & Pavilion

Coming soon in 2023! This area will be available for tented or open-air events with a 20 x 20 covered pavilion and beautiful adjacent reflection pond for programs and ceremonies.

Indoor & Outdoor

The Gathering Place

5,000 sq ft with seating for up to 125 guests, restrooms, a catering prep kitchen with outdoor prep space (720 sq ft paver area) with easy access for vendor load-in.

All Access (Exclusive)

Our 18,000 sq ft Retreat Center is available for a total buy out, providing meeting space and overnight accommodations.
